Avocado Dulse Dip

Dulse is probably the easiest seaweed to acquire a taste for. Here it is used as flakes, added to avocado to give it a salty richness. All of these ingredient amounts are approximate - experiment to find the sharpness of taste you like.

You can serve this with chips or crackers, or as a spread on a sandwich with sliced vegetables.

Combine ingredients and mix well. Let sit refrigerated for at least an hour to let the taste of the spices and garlic fully emerge.

Variations - Omit the dulse flakes, and use a bit more salt. Try scallions instead of red onion. You can also add diced tomato.
